We are one of the most established outfitters in Oregon—we’ve been guiding guests down the Rogue River since 1969. Five of our guides have a collective experience of 81 years leading river trips. More than a couple of guides were born into the raft-guiding business. That’s a tremendous amount of insight, wouldn’t you agree? We offer a variety of ways to experience the Oregon wilderness: down a river in your choice of a raft, a dory or an inflatable kayak; a multi-day hiking trip along the Wild & Scenic Rogue River with raft support or a luxurious lodge-to-lodge rafting excursion. Either choice offers hearty and delicious meals, peaceful accommodations, sublime scenery, and unforgettable companionship. |

The Tatshenshini-Alsek River Expedition has long been regarded as North America's most spectacular whitewater rafting trip. Bisecting one of the most pristine wilderness areas in the world, these rivers defy the human imagination by cutting through the world's largest non-polar icefields--the seemingly impassable Alsek, St. Elias, and Fairweather Ranges. This 160-mile river makes a remarkable transition from the arid Yukon Territory to the Gulf of Alaska and offers river travelers a sublime wilderness experience. |

Conveniently located just minutes from all Central Oregon resorts, the Big Eddy has been the favorite family rafting adventure since 1978. This “short but oh so sweet” raft trip runs thru the beautiful Deschutes National Forest. Towering ponderosa pines and quaking aspen cover the landscape as river otters playfully swim through this river wonderland. Memories are created here! On this continuously active river trip, your guide will introduce you to the magic of McKenzie River rafting. Nestled into the western slopes of the Cascade Mountains you will paddle through a forest of enormous fir, cedar and pine trees, which rise steeply from the water's edge. The crisp pure water is so amazingly clear that the light seems to come up from the bottom! The perfect trip for the “active paddler”. |

The canyons charm lies in its thrilling whitewater stretches, alternated with mild riffles, placid pools, and narrow canyons edged by towering cliffs. The old growth Douglas fir forest, mixed with deciduous trees, creates a perfect river bank habitat for the abundant wildlife of the Rogue River Canyon. Otter, beaver, deer, Roosevelt elk, black bear, cougars, osprey, bald eagles, mallards, wood ducks, wild turkeys, and many others flourish in the wilderness river canyon. Oar rafts, paddle rafts, and inflatable kayaks are all available on our Wild Section Trips. The whitewater on the Wild Section is rated class III - IV in the canyon with two world famous Class IV+ rapids: Blossom Bar Rapid and Mule Creek Canyon. Duration of the trips are from two to four days and cover nearly 40 miles by river. Participants may choose to camp out under the stars, stay in historic wilderness lodges, or combine one or two nights of camping with one night of lodging. |
