Guided turkey hunts take place in zones one and three in WI (also offer few hunts in zones 2 & 4). In zone three the hunting location is centered around Stevens Point and in zone one around Potosi, WI. The key for our high success rate in turkey hunting is relentless scouting that we do throughout the spring to make sure we are right where the birds want to be each day. Eastern turkeys are one of the toughest sub-species to pursue and commit to calling this is why scouting is so important. |

The majestic beauty of the river and the views of the river bluffs are spectacular. Your hunt will take place on pool 8 of the beautiful Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife Refuge. The refuge stages 50 percent of the world’s canvasback population and 40 percent of the United State’s waterfowl population. On any given day you may experience the chance to shoot various species of Dabblers (mallard, wigeon, gadwall, pintail, shoveler, green wing teal, and blue wing teal, and Divers (canvasback, red head, bufflehead, goldeneye, merganser, ring neck, ruddy, lesser scaup, and greater scaup). |

Trolling trips for Trout & Salmon are run in Chequamegon Bay during the spring & fall and out in the Apostle Islands during the summer. Trolling is often the most efficient method of fishing the big waters of lake Superior. Trophy Walleye, Smallmouth Bass & Northern Pike are available in the shallower waters of Chequamegon Bay... Lake Superior tributaries & streams are renowned for their spring steelhead, fall salmon, splake & brown trout fishing. Fly or conventional tackle is used on the streams. Stream fishing can be a physically exerting trip. Chequamegon Bay is well known as a world class Smallmouth Bass fishery. In the early springtime "Smallies" are in the warmer shallower waters where they provide exceptional action for either the fly fisherman or those using more conventional gear. Tactics for these fish vary according to weather patterns & the time of the year. This is a quality "catch & release" fishery managed for trophy sized Smallmouth Bass. |

Capt. Matt Raley guides fishing trips in Northern WI during the summer months. He guides in Vilas, Oneida, and Forest Counties. Around the towns of Eagle River, Woodruff/Minocqua, and the muskie capital of the world Boulder Junction.He specilizes in Muskie and Trophy walleye trips. Matt also runs bass, walleye, and panfish trips. During the summers of 2008-2010 Matt and has put over 200 muskies in the boat. Capt. Matt puts more muskies in the boat than any other guide in Vilas County!This is why he is the only guide that runs guaranteed musky trips! Since he knows muskies and can put them in the boat consistantly on a daily basis. Besides musky fishing Capt. Matt also guides for both trophy and action trips for Walleye, and Bass. Capt. Matt also has row trolling trips for muskies and trophy Walleyes. |
